Student-Athlete Cardiac Assessment Professional Development Module
The Cardiac Assessment Module is to be completed by all healthcare providers prior to any student-athlete physical examination.
Instructions
- The module will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
- Click on the red arrow in the middle of the screen to play the video.
- At the end of the module complete the “Get Your Certificate” form at the bottom of this page.
- Save a copy of the certificate for your files.
- The NJDOE (New Jersey Department of Education) does not maintain copies of certificates of completion.
